Piia May webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfeer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Piia May webshop will deliver to you within 1-5 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from our suppliers.
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.
Cancellation and returns:
We offer you 33 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase in full, we will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost. We do not pay the return freight.
Any dispute between Piia May webshop and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).
On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by Piia May.
